1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using FacelessVidz, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. License to Use
FacelessVidz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for generating video content. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our service without our express written permission.
3. User Content and Rights
Your Rights: You retain all rights to videos you generate using FacelessVidz. You own the generated content and may use, distribute, monetize, or modify it as you see fit.
Our Rights: We retain the right to use anonymized aggregated data about your usage patterns to improve our services.
4. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use FacelessVidz to generate content that:
- Is harmful, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
- Contains adult or sexually explicit material
- Is violent, disturbing, or promotes violence
- Impersonates, defames, or infringes on the rights of any person or entity
- Constitutes deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or mislead
- Violates any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Includes misinformation or false information intended to deceive
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you generate and any consequences arising from its creation or distribution. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use any inputs (text, images, descriptions) you provide to FacelessVidz.
6. Account and Credits
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Credits: Credits purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances, including account cancellation, service suspension, or change of mind.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. Service Modifications
FacelessVidz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Content Liability: FacelessVidz is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims liability for, any content you generate using our platform. You assume full responsibility and liability for any damage, loss, or consequences resulting from content you create, upload, distribute, or display.
Service Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacelessVidz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FacelessVidz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our platform or violation of these terms.
10. Third-Party Integrations
FacelessVidz integrates with third-party platforms:
YouTube: By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service. FacelessVidz is not responsible for YouTube's policies, content moderation, or account actions.
Instagram Reels: By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service. FacelessVidz is not responsible for Meta's policies, content moderation, or account actions.
TikTok: By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content you publish through FacelessVidz must comply with them, including TikTok's rules on disclosing AI-generated or synthetic media. FacelessVidz is not responsible for TikTok's policies, content moderation, or account actions.
Meta Advertising: We may use Meta advertising, including server-side conversion tracking, to measure campaign performance and optimize ad delivery.
Payments (Stripe): Subscriptions, credit purchases, and affiliate payouts are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. We never receive your full card details. Chargebacks, failed payments, and payout eligibility are handled under Stripe's rules in addition to these Terms.
Voice providers (e.g. ElevenLabs): If you supply your own provider API key, your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, you are responsible for the cost and limits on your key, and you confirm you hold the rights to any voice you clone.
Connected AI assistants (MCP): You may connect FacelessVidz to an external AI assistant such as Claude. A connected assistant acts with your authority: it can create content and spend your credits on your behalf, and you remain responsible for everything generated through it. Your use of that assistant is governed by its operator's terms. You can revoke its access at any time.
AI model providers: Generation runs on third-party AI models. Availability, pricing, and output quality of any individual model may change or be withdrawn, and we may route work to an equivalent model without notice.
11. Advertising Attribution and Conversion Events
By using the platform, you acknowledge that we may process advertising attribution events related to your product usage and billing actions, including CompleteRegistration, StartTrial, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase.
Conversion events are sent from our servers and may include hashed identifiers and limited request metadata for attribution and fraud prevention.
12. Termination
FacelessVidz reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if we believe you have violated these terms or any laws. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
