Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name for authentication and communication purposes.

Generated Content: We store videos you generate, including video URLs, thumbnails, scene data, captions, and metadata necessary to provide our services. This content is associated with your account and used solely to deliver the platform's functionality. We do not use your generated content for any purpose other than providing our services to you.

Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with our services (e.g., videos created, features used, timestamps) to improve our platform.

Advertising & Attribution Data: When you visit our website or complete certain actions, we may collect advertising identifiers and technical data, including Meta/Facebook browser identifiers (such as fbp and fbc where available), IP address, user agent, and event timestamps for campaign measurement and conversion attribution.

Timezone Information: We collect your browser's timezone offset to schedule and generate videos at the correct local times for your automated series.

4. Advertising, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API

We use Meta advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to understand ad effectiveness and optimize our campaigns.

For eligible events, we may send server-side conversion events to Meta, including: CompleteRegistration, StartTrial, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase.

We may share hashed identifiers (such as hashed email and hashed external user ID), plus limited technical context (such as fbp, fbc, IP address, and user agent) to improve event matching and attribution.

5. AI Services and Third Parties

FacelessVidz uses third-party AI model providers to generate and process content. Depending on the feature you use, these providers may process the inputs you supply: scripts and prompts, reference images and product photos, uploaded or recorded audio (including voice samples you submit for voice cloning), and uploaded video you ask us to clip, reframe, transcribe, or caption. We send only the content required to fulfil the request; we do not share your account credentials or billing details with them. Please review the privacy policies of the model providers surfaced in the product for details on how they handle data.

Voice cloning: If you create a cloned voice, the audio sample you upload and the resulting voice model are stored so the voice can be reused across your videos. You can delete a cloned voice from your account at any time.

6. YouTube Integration

If you connect your YouTube account, we store your YouTube access token to enable automated video uploads. We only use this token for posting videos you authorize. YouTube's privacy policy governs their data handling. You can revoke access anytime through your account settings.

7. Instagram Reels Integration

If you connect your Instagram account, we store your Instagram access token to enable automated Reels uploads. We only use this token for posting videos you authorize. Meta's privacy policy governs their data handling. You can revoke access anytime through your account settings.

8. TikTok Integration

If you connect your TikTok account, we store the access and refresh tokens TikTok issues so we can upload and publish videos you authorize, and we read basic account information (such as your username and posting permissions) to show you which account is connected. We use these tokens only for posting and account display, never to read your TikTok content or messages. TikTok's privacy policy governs their handling of the data once it reaches them. You can disconnect the account at any time from the Integrations page, which revokes our stored tokens.

9. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials — those go directly to Stripe. We store the Stripe customer, subscription, and payment identifiers needed to manage your plan, credits, invoices, refunds, and affiliate payouts. Stripe's privacy policy governs its own processing of your payment data. If you receive affiliate commission, we also process the payout details required to pay you.

10. Connected AI Assistants (MCP)

FacelessVidz can be connected to an external AI assistant such as Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). If you authorize a connection, we issue an access token scoped to your account, and the connected assistant can then read and create content in your account on your behalf — for example listing your workflows and videos, generating new content, and spending your credits. The prompts and instructions you type in that assistant are processed by whoever operates it under their own privacy policy, not ours. We log which tools were called and when, for support, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. You can revoke a connected assistant's access at any time from the Integrations page.

11. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content (videos, thumbnails, scenes) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@facelessvidz.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information and generated content from our systems, though we may retain anonymized usage data for analytics purposes.

12. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

13. PIPEDA Compliance

FacelessVidz complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to:

14. Your Advertising Choices

You can control many personalized advertising settings through your Meta/Facebook ad preferences and your browser cookie settings.
